What causes this issue?

At least one of the values minimum or maximum stock level, replenishment
and delivery cycle, or planned delivery time must be maintained for the
existing data records on the database. You cannot initialize all values
for these data records.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If a data record is no longer relevant, you can set the deletion
indicator to delete it.
