What causes this issue?

You have specified a listing period for promotions that is not the same
as the default setting. This entry is ignored in change mode. Only the
promotions currently listed can be processed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to display time-dependent data for promotions that are
listed for dates in the past or in the future, switch to display mode.
If you want to process time-dependent data for promotions, any entry you
make for the listing period is ignored.
