What causes this issue?

There is no assignment with a validity period to 31.12.9999. To be able
to define a main assignment, at least one assignment must exist with a
maximum validity period.
In addition, the valid-from date cannot be in the future.

System Response

The system cannot transfer the entered assignments.

How to fix this error?

Adjust the Valid from date of an assignment in such a way that it ends
on 31.12.9999.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
