What causes this issue?

The material list has the status 'planned' for the above-mentioned user.
This means that another user cannot use the material list to select
materials.
However, you can use a material list that you have created to select
materials even when it has the status 'planned".

System Response

The system does not select any materials using the material list.

How to fix this error?

Enter your own material list or ask the other user(s) to release their
material list.
