What causes this issue?

The system tried to create an order for main work center &V4& from task
list &V1&. The resulting plant &V3& of component &V2& belongs to a
different controlling area.

System Response

The component cannot be converted for the order. The order creation
process was canceled.

How to fix this error?

Check the implementation of BADI DI_WPS_PLANT_STORLOC. The BADI may not
determine a plant that is assigned to a different controlling area from
the order.
