What causes this issue?

No language can be assigned to the country group. Languages must be
assigned to country groups on a 1:1 basis. This means that the same
number of country groups as languages must be entered.

System Response

There are no more unassigned languages available.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
