What causes this issue?

You want to split up the total quantity of a generic material among the
variants. In allocation tables, this is only possible if a
<DS:GLOS.352A8D3BD3895CD5E10000009B38F974>quota scale</> is found for
all variant-creating characteristics. This message can appear in two
situations:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

You have not created a quota scale for the
<DS:GLOS.352A8D36D3895CD5E10000009B38F974>value scale</>
The system found more than one quota scale that is suitable and
displayed a dialog box for you to select a quota scale. You then choose
"Cancel".

System Response

No allocation can be suggested.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use this function, create value and quota scales for the
variant-creating characteristics. Alternatively, choose one of the
quota scales from the dialog box.
