What causes this issue?

Quota Scale &V1& and &V2& have the default flag set one. There can,
however, only be one default quota scale for a value scale.

System Response

The required data could not be created on the database.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
