Message text: Mass Change: Initialize POS outbound / assortment list
You have maintained a reference assignment.
By carrying out this assignment, the
<DS:GLOS.3526BBA9AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>store</> concerned receives
the <DS:GLOS.3526BC76AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>assortment</> for the
reference store. All the materials for the reference store would now
have to be sent to the store concerned in the change download. As we
are talking about the entire assortment of the reference store, that
is, mass data, and since sending the entire assortment of a store is
the same in terms of volume of data as initializing the store, it is
better for performance to initialize the store. If you reopen a store
and copy the assortment by assigning a reference store, you also need
to execute the initialization applications (WPMI or WDBI) for the store
in order to implement engineering change management in the following.
Engineeering change management in the applications POS outbound (WPMU)
and assortment list (WDBU) does not react automatically to the
assignment of reference stores.
If you use the applications POS outbound or assortment list, you must
initialize them using transactions WPMI and WDBI respectively. The
stores then receive the changes due to the reference assignment
relevant to them in engineering change management.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
