  • What causes this issue?

    You want to display master data related to a customer. The master data
    for the customer may include personal data and is blocked.

    System Response

    The system does not display any data related to the customer to protect
    personal data.

    How to fix this error?

    If you are sure that you want to display data related to the customer,
    use transaction BUP_REQ_UNBLK to request unblocking. Make sure that this
    complies with the policies of your organization.
    If you want to delete the data related to the blocked customer, use the
    report RWSORT56 (<LS>Deletion of Expired WRSZ Entries</>).
