What causes this issue?

Material segments are only created once for an assignment, therefore
there is no point executing the job periodically. If the data is
created during the first processing, any additional job runs are
unnecessary, as no data is created.

System Response

The job cannot be executed periodically.

How to fix this error?

Only execute the job once.
