Message text: Existing listing conditions are to be changed

- If the indicator has been flagged, a listing check is also executed for
materials which have already been listed. The existing listing
conditions are overwritten.
If the indicator is not flagged, existing listing conditions are not
changed. Listing conditions are then only generated for materials which
have not yet been generated.The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
