What causes this issue?

You are trying to list a material which has already been listed using a
rack jobber module. This is not possible at present.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can list a material for rack jobs for only one vendor or list it
without any rack jobs.
