A database error occurred storing the response message from the work
item.

System Response

The response message from the work item was not stored.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

INCLUDE NA_WF-ADMINISTRATOR OBJECT DOKU ID TX
Note the work item number and repeat the response process, manually if
necessary, once the error has been corrected.
