    The workflow manager could not create a work item for the specified

    System Response

    The workflow was set to an <ZH>error</> status and the responsible
    workflow system administrator informed. The results of the work items
    executed up to this point are not lost.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
