What causes this issue?

In your personal workflow settings, you have stipulated that you want
to see the ActiveX version of the workflow log.
The relevant check routines have established that the prerequisites for
this are not on your computer.

System Response

The system therefore shows the non-ActiveX version of workflow log.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the ActiveX components, contact your workflow system
administrator.
