What causes this issue?

The client is missing in the <GL:IDOC>IDOC</> control record.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Without a client there is no way of assigning the store order to a
recipient system.

How to fix this error?

Check the control structure of the purchase order data received. The
field "client" must be filled in the control record.
