How to fix this error?

Navigate to the source system and change the value or maintain correct
value mapping in SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems using the following options:
Check whether the value mapping exists for &V1&. If the value mapping
does not exist, navigate to <LS>Manage Your Solutions</>-><LS>Configure
Your Solution</>. Enter the following values in the search filters:
<LS>Application Area</> ? ?<LB>Human Resources</>?
<LS>Sub Application Area</> ? ?<LB>Organization</>?
<LS>Search</> field ? ?<LB>value mappings</>?
Perform the search and maintain the value using the configuration steps
for the selected entry.
Or
Navigate to the monitoring tool and search for &V2&. Maintain the
correct value for &V1&.
