The system waits because the maximum number of processes are occupied
and it cannot start any new processes. The maximum waiting time was
reached. You can enter the waiting time and the maximum waiting time
for each run in the selection screen.
T2 (<DS:DE.WFCS_TIME_WAIT_NO_RESOURCES>Waiting time 2</>)
The system waits because it was unable to find any free resources when
when attempting to start a new process. The maximum waiting time was

After processing all the stores, the system waits until all the
processes started have reported back to the main program. The maximum
