What causes this issue?

The transfer format or the transfer format group has changed in the
initiating Web activity that also fills the workflow proxy.
The current step that works on the basis of the workflow proxy has the
same transfer format. Therefore, the transfer format/transfer format
group must be transferred from the initiating Web activity.

System Response

Transfer takes place automatically and in certain circumstances the
function entered is also replaced by another. Note that technical
parameter settings can be lost.
If you do not agree with the changes, leave the step by choosing
<ZK>Cancel</> and use the original transfer format again in the initial
Web activity.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
