    The step classification assigns an activity to a category (for example,
    authorization, display, change). With this category by assigning
    authorizationsyou can control whether a user is permitted to execute an
    activity in a scenario.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The authorization object is S_WFFLXACT.
    If the step is not classified, no authorization check is performed.
