This situation can arise due to: Incorrect or missing configuration of tasks in the Web Dynpro component. Runtime logic failing to add tasks to the ad hoc anchor. Data inconsistencies or missing data that should populate the tasks. Programming errors where the task list is not properly initialized or filled.
