This workflow has start transactions and/or start forms, but no
possible agents are assigned to the workflow.
The workflow cannot be started using a start transaction or a start
form because only possible agents of the workflow are authorized to do
this.
Assign possible agents to the workflow in the basic data. All possible
agents can start the workflow.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
