How to fix this error?

First, ensure that the data for the trading contracts that were
processed successfully is deleted from the delta queue for application
46: <DS:TRAN.LBWG>Delete</>.
After the error has been eliminated, you start to recompile the data
again. You must ensure that the data is recompiled in full as this is
essential when reference is made to the association network.
