What causes this issue?

A program named &V1& already exists, this means that a program run was
was started but was not completed.
Run &V1& contains the documents that were already processed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have two options:
Reprocess all documents. This causes all previously determined data to
be lost.
You should then confirm the warning message.
Transfer the documents that have already been processed and process the
missing documents.
To do this, remove the <LS>New Run</> flag and enter the name &V1&.
