What causes this issue?

Condition types must be specified without gaps starting from the first
condition type field.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If, for example, you want to specify two condition types, you have to
specify values for "condition type" and "2. condition type". In this
case, no other combination can be used.
