What causes this issue?

Customizing entries for the specified attributes in the message have not
been maintained. The customizing entries are required for the
consolidation process.

System Response

Processing is canceled. The message appears in the following situations:
If no item category and no procedure is specified in the message text
the customizing entry on header level is missing.
If the item category and the procedure is specified in the message text
the customizing entry on item level is missing.

Maintain the missing entry in Customizing for SAP Global Trade
Management -> Trading Contract ->Trading Contract Consolidation
