What causes this issue?

The customer is not the reference customer for the layout module.

System Response

When data is exported, this does not have any effect. The message is a
warning only. The data relevant to the customer entered, and not the
reference customer, is selected.

How to fix this error?

Call the function module again with the correct reference customer or
maintain the layout module in
<DS:SIMG.W_OE_EG_WL_0222.SIMG_OWER>Customizing</>.
