What causes this issue?

You tried to add an application that is already installed in another
version on the mobile device. You may not have two versions of the same
application installed at the same time.

The entry is not added.

How to fix this error?

Uninstall the old version of the application by placing the cursor on
the application and choosing <ZK>Delete</>. The version is marked to
be uninstalled. You can then add a new version.
