System Response

The transfer manager tool used in settlement management cannot process
elements that do not belong to one of the source structures or one of
the target structures of the transfer event. Because the context
parameter belongs neither to a source structure nor to a target
structure, it is not possible to assign this function to a transfer rule
of the transfer manager.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
