What causes this issue?

When completing collective documents from settlement documents,
predecessor documents are not opened again for processing, unlike for
cancellation.

This must therefore be explicitly permitted (by deactivating the message
in Customizing for all or specific users).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?
