What causes this issue?

The indicator denoting that the specified linkage from object type and
event to receiver type is a
<DS:GLOS.3526B0E3AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>type linkage</> cannot be
deleted.

System Response

The action was aborted and the indicator remains unchanged. Only if the
indiator is NOT set, is the linkage interpreted as an
<DS:GLOS.3526B0F4AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>instance linkage</>.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
