What causes this issue?

No events can be created for the specified change document.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If log entries are written for the specified change document, a table
must be adapted for the event linkage. Enter a problem message
specifying the name, key structure, etc. of the business object type
and the change document, as well as the date/time (create, change or
delete) logged. Put this message on BC-BMT-WFM.
