What causes this issue?

At least one of the material/store combinations that you have selected
for main vendor assignment already has another main vendor assignment
for another vendor in the future.

System Response

You cannot select these vendors as main vendors, since there must be
only one main vendor for each material/store combination at a specific
time. Material/store combinations without future main vendor assignments
will receive the missing main vendor assignments.

How to fix this error?

If you want to mark the problematic vendors as main vendors for the
material/store combinations, you must first remove the future main
vendor assignments for the other vendors.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
