What causes this issue?

If a condition has multiple validity intervals, you can only edit one
interval per session. This means that the system locks all other
intervals against changes when you change an interval.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To edit other intervals, you must save and reopen the condition
contract.
