    4. Check Assignments:
      Ensure the plant is properly assigned to the relevant company code (transaction OX18) and other organizational units.

    5. Check Authorizations:
      Sometimes, the plant exists but the user does not have authorization to access it, which might cause the system to behave as if it does not exist.

    6. Data Consistency:
      If the plant was recently deleted or changed, check for data inconsistencies or incomplete data replication in distributed systems.
