    • The warning is to alert you that these conditions exist and might affect the sales process or pricing.

    Solution / How to handle:

    1. Check Listing Conditions:

      • Go to transaction VK13 (Display Pricing Conditions).

      • Look for conditions assigned to general assortments (customer group or general customer).
    2. Review General Assortments:

      • Use transaction V/46 or V/47 to check assortments.
      • Identify if the material is assigned to a general assortment with listing conditions.
    3. Adjust Conditions if Necessary:

      • If the listing conditions are no longer valid or need to be changed, update or delete them accordingly.
      • If the warning is expected and acceptable, you can ignore it or suppress it if your business process allows.
    4. Check Customer-Material Assignment:

      • Verify if the customer is allowed to order the material based on the listing/exclusion conditions.
