  Cause:
  This warning message appears when you try to perform a goods movement or a period-end closing activity (such as period closing for inventory or material ledger) and there is restricted-use stock (stock with a special stock indicator, e.g., blocked stock, quality inspection stock, or restricted-use stock) still existing in a previous posting period that has already been closed.
  In other words, the system detects that there is stock with a special stock indicator in a period that has been closed, and this stock has not been cleared or moved to unrestricted stock or consumed. This situation can cause inconsistencies in inventory valuation or period closing.

  Restricted-use stock refers to stock that is not freely available for consumption or sale. Examples include stock under quality inspection (Q stock), blocked stock (blocked stock indicator), or stock reserved for a specific purpose.
