What causes this issue?

You entered a layout number range that is already reserved for a
specific <GL:layout_type>layout type</> (such as a product catalog
layout, a promotion product catalog layout or a plant layout).

System Response

The relevant layout area cannot be assigned to an original system in
ALR inbound for product catalogs.

How to fix this error?

Select a different external layout number range or create a layout
number range.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
