What causes this issue?

The determination type has the value "A" (Purchase price determination
using schema KALSM from table TWEVZ) but you did not maintain the
"Application" and "Schema" fields.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You must maintain both the "Application" and "Schema" fields.
