What causes this issue?

You have selected combination criteria for this collective processing
and in the Details screen, you have assigned at least one of these
criterium to the grouping.
You also selected the option 'Ignore all other values'.
The current delivery does not fit into any of the defined groups with
these selection criteria but cannot be assigned to any other shipment
because of the option you have chosen.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
