What causes this issue?

When the system tries to read or change the lock table, a communication
problem occurs between the application server and the lock server
or a problem occurs during the processing of data on the lock server.

System Response

The system terminates this transaction since this transaction cannot
be completed correctly.

How to fix this error?

For interactive processing, this means that the relevant item is no
longer confirmed. Please restart the availability check.
In a background job (e.g. during rescheduling), the processing of the
document is completed without changing the document.
If you receive this message very often, contact your system
administrator.
