What causes this issue?

There are several internal notifications for the external shipping
notification &. For the internal notification & a complete goods receipt
has already been posted.

System Response

Tracking is no longer possible for this internal notification. The other
related internal notifications are updated in the usual way.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
