    The IPC uses transparent database tables to store variant tables.
    Duplicated records are not allowed.

    The table is copied to the knowledge base. Duplicated records are
    filtered out.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the contents of the variant table, and remove any duplicates.
    Check in the line number specified that cells with multiple entries for
    knowledge base generation have been exploded into multiple lines, and
    that any duplicated entries have already been filtered out.
