What causes this issue?

The product allocation check shows that the confirmations you received
exceed the agreed quotas.

System Response

The confirmed quantities have been adjusted to the product allocation
quantity that remains available. The availability control screen
appears.

How to fix this error?

You can view the product allocations on this screen (Goto -> Product
allocations)
