What causes this issue?

Within the respective document, an item was entered that contains
material &V1& and points to plant &V2&.
However, the respective item has no storage location, with the result
that an automatic storage location search was executed.
From the above and other information, the system attempted to determine
a storage location. This search was unsuccessful.
There are many reasons for this, and these include:
Putaway or stock removal process
Normal or promotional goods
Organizational units, such as plant and shipping point
Storage conditions of material

System Response

The storage location is required in order to find the warehouse number
using the plant. Since no storage location was found, no warehouse
number can be found either.
The workload data is updated with the initial value for the feature
'warehouse number'.

How to fix this error?

Examine all parameters that are used for finding the storage location
by the rough workload forecast:
