What causes this issue?

The number range object &V1&, the number range interval &V2& and the
error cause &V3& are involved here.
In detail, the following causes are possible:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

1 = The assigned number lies in the critical area
2 = The last number was assigned
3 = More numbers were requested than were available,
the last number was assigned

System Response

In cases 1 and 2, the picking wave was created. In case 3, it was not
not created.

How to fix this error?

You need to adjust the corresponding settings in Customizing. Please
inform the person responsible for Customizing.
