    You?re unable to launch the <ZH>Visual Enterprise Manufacturing Planner
    </>(VEMP) application. The planning scope is already planned with a
    change record containing a new snapshot revision.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    If you try to launch VEMP application using the change record containing
    an older snapshot revision, the system displays an error message.

    How to fix this error?

    Select the change number containing the current or new snapshot
    revision.
