What causes this issue?

In Customizing the RES field was selected for the formula parameter for
the material to be produced under <DS:SIMG.PPPI_PD_520>Material
Reconciliation: Assign Movement Types to Parameters</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove the entry.
Assign movement types to the formula parameter.
