How to fix this error?

If no determination is defined and you want to use this function, define
a <DS:TRAN.VL51>route schedule determination</> or
inform the system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

If the route schedule has already been maintained, check to see if there
is a shipment problem.
If route schedules are not to be used, Customizing could be set
incorrectly. Check the settings in Customizing for
<DS:CHAP.SIMG_CMMENUOLSDFLR>route determination</>.
